Who Can Use Our Website

Anyone may visit Indie Pipit’s website to learn about our platform or sign up for early access. At this stage, no user accounts are required or created. Account creation will be available once early access begins.

Artist Submissions & User Content

During early access (not yet active), artists will be able to upload music and media. When that phase begins, content submission guidelines and user responsibilities will be clearly defined in a separate Terms of Service.

In general, all users must refrain from uploading or sharing any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights. We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who violates these guidelines once the full platform is live.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our name, design, and branding — is the property of Indie Pipit and may not be used without our permission.

Some visual media (e.g., animated gifs) used on this temporary version of the website are for illustrative purposes only and will not be part of the official Indie Pipit platform upon launch.

Availability & Downtime

We strive to keep our website online, but there may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues. We are not liable for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience caused by the temporary unavailability of the site.
