SCROLLABLE while the app booted, so a visitor could drag a wall of headings
up into view, and on desktop it put a scrollbar beside the splash — which
moved the logo ~7px left of where the app's own splash (SessionSplash) draws
it, so the hand-over jumped. The page also kept the browser's default 8px
body margin, which put the splash 8px low.

document, in normal flow, below the fold — nothing is hidden, moved or
faded, which is what keeps it progressive enhancement for crawlers — and a
person sees the splash alone. The lock is a CLASS added by script, so with

if the app never boots, so a stuck page can still be read.

block for every route but `/` (renderBody() in pagePreview.ts) and keeps
as it is, so only this reaches every page.
